We have implemented the following safety precautions which will continue on re opening

To protect our employees and customers from Covid 19 we are following govt guidelines;

 

• Our reception is cordoned off to maintain a minimum of 2m between customers and staff. Only 1 customer and 1 member of staff will be allowed in reception at any time. 
   

• Keys are to be placed by customer in the key drop box. We will sterile wipe them on receiving and collection. 
   

• As always we wear and replace gloves on every vehicle, often more frequently. 
   

• Vehicle touch points are sterilised as we receive them and then again when the work is complete. This includes ; Car keys / Door handles / steering wheel / shifters / hand brake. 
   

• Heating and Air conditioning systems are shut off. 
   

• For key workers, self isolating and vulnerable persons we will offer collection and delivery of vehicles in a 5 mile radius. Please make a member of staff aware of this when booking to allow us to make appropriate booking allocation.
